Cordoba

We day tripped it to Cordoba hoping to escape the heat of Seville - the only relief was the hour in the air-conditioned car...

The main attraction there is the Great Mosque of Cordoba. Originally a Visigoth church from the 600s AD, it was then converted to a mosque in the 700s then a Cathedral in the 12th century... A very interesting place
